Cottage cheese muffins with herbs

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    0.333 cup

  • Milk

    0.66 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Greens

    20 g

  • Sesame

Cooking

In the Cup,carefully mix the cheese, eggs,milk and margarine.

In another bowl, mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and salt.In the center make a hole.

And pour the liquid mass.

Add the finely chopped or crushed in a blender with the greens.I have added the turmeric.

Mix gently with a whisk or spatula,just until the flour will not absorb moisture.

Molds lubricated(if necessary)and spread the dough.

You can muffincake grease with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
