Cakes Chickens
These cakes can be made from any biscuit dough, but I suggest it is this version: please try it - might work well, very gentle, fluffy and soft. In fact, as befits the Chicks until they became chickens.

Ingredients

  • Starch

    3.5 cup

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Sugar

    60 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Marmalade

  • Corn sticks

  • Coconut shavings

  • Raisins

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare the products.

Eggs to grind with sugar, add mayonnaise, repaid soda, stir to mix. Add the mixture of starch and flour. Knead thoroughly.

Peel and finely chop,

Add to batter, mix well.

Put the dough in a greased small muffin tins no more than half the height.

Bake in a cool oven (150 - 170). Readiness check with a wooden toothpick. Allow to cool in tins.

Carefully pull.

Whip the cream with the icing sugar (I had 45%, liquid, drinking, whipped on the "Ura"). Part of powdered sugar is better to replace sugar - it promotes more rapid mixing. Do not overdo it, as soon as the mass thickens, stop whisking.

Corn sticks grind into fine crumbs. If you want you can add coconut (half of my cakes I designed in this embodiment).

Ready the cooled biscuits can be cut in half, one half to lubricate the whipped cream, combine halves (or not bother).

Top of the cream, the narrower the tip, the sides,

Sprinkle corn chips.

Halves raisins to make eyes, yellow, and orange jellies is better to cut out the beak, red marmalade scallops.
