Sambucus cottage cheese with raspberries
Curd cloud with raspberry. Very tasty and easy!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

  • Raspberry

    100 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    12 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

First prepare the decoration. In a water bath melt dark chocolate (as much as you need). On baking paper draw figures that want to make chocolate and squeeze, drawing a thin stream of chocolate using a pastry bag, also made from baking paper. Figures should be sent to the cold to harden.

Soak gelatin in 100 g of cold boiled water for 30 minutes, until the grains become transparent. Place on a sieve to drain the water.
