Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Thyme

    4 sprig

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Chanterelles clean, wash. Onion cut into half rings, garlic - finely.
