Tartare of beet
Very interesting, delicious dish for lovers of beets. Deservedly will take place at the holiday table. For the recipe thank you Alexei Onegin.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sundried tomatoes

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Horseradish

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1. The beetroot wrap in foil and bake in the oven until cooked. At the end of roasting the beets, add garlic to it, too, was parched.

2. The green part of the leek dried in an oven, then grind into powder. A little powder will go into Tartarus, the rest of the powder to shift in a jar and use as a seasoning.

3. Onion, sun-dried tomatoes and finely chop the parsley, add the mashed roasted garlic. Add the mushrooms, oil, lemon juice, mustard and horseradish.

4. The cooled beets peel and cut into small dice. Mix with the remaining ingredients.

5. Add 1 teaspoon of powder of the leeks.

6. Stir, season with salt and pepper. If needed, add more lemon juice and oil according to your taste. Optionally, you can add a little spicy red pepper fresh or dried. Serve the tartare with thin slices of dried bread. A good Supplement will be and paste of avocado.
