Salad with chicken liver
Very gentle and nourishing salad. My husband loves it!!! Especially with spicy croutons!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Croutons

    1 handful

Cooking

Cut onion finely

Eggs boiled and finely chop, Mix with onion

Greens (dill and parsley), finely chop and add to the onion-egg mixture

Add green peas (pre-drain the brine)

Liver boiled and finely chop. Add to the salad.

For the sauce mix the sour cream, mustard and soy sauce, Kikkoman.

Season the salad. Allow to soak for 5 minutes. Serve with croutons. Bon appetit!
