For the dough: whisk eggs, cottage cheese, soft margarine, sugar, salt, zest. Yeast breed in warm milk added to the cheese mass. Fall asleep flour (500 grams gone and another half of it during kneading). The finished bun cover with a towel and put on an hour in a warm place for proofing.
After an hour abenaim the dough and turn fantasy... Hare: the gingerbread man head with cut ears and cushion for the body, especially laid. Cat: the same principle, only the cushion is long (for the tail). Cheeks on face. Ears. I think the photo is clear, as I have to put.
Martin I just cut with a knife, you can make a template out of paper, if you are not sure will be able to work on the test. The beak, cheeks, wings and legs formed separately.
Preheat the oven to 210*. Put the buns in the HOT OVEN!, bake 15 minutes (focus on your oven).
And figures: elephant, Hippo, mouse, and frog. Sculpt directly on the sheet, put for 15 minutes in a warm place, then grease with egg, decorate with sprinkle and bake.
