Donuts air
I read and tried many recipes, but this recipe gave more preference. Got the recipe from the book and slightly changed it...

Ingredients

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Condensed milk

    250 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

Yeast pour the warm milk and allow to swell, then add 1 tsp sugar and a little flour (to density of sour cream). All carefully stir and leave to raise 3 times. Then the eggs mix with the rest of the sugar, add the yeast, condensed milk, sour cream, salt. Mix well. And then add the flour. To bring to the consistency of sour cream.

Heat the oil and enter slowly the dough. I used a special dispenser for doughnuts.

Fry the donuts on both sides until Golden brown. For saving I used a little vegetable oil, so I turned doughnuts and fried to blush from both sides.

A plate put napkins in 2 layers so that the oil does not accumulate under the lower layer and absorbed in the paper. And right after got out, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
