If it is possible to buy the dough "Filo", or to cook, then you here!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Phyllo dough

    1 pack

  • Minced meat

    300 g

Cooking

Mix the eggs, yogurt, baking powder.

Add the vegetable oil and semolina, mix and allow to "rest" for 10 minutes.

On a greased form (pan) put 1 sheet of dough and coat of "cream" which is prepared (see above); these 3 layers make.

On the 3rd, not oiled, spread fried minced meat with onions (salt and pepper to taste) and again, cover the dough, each sheet coat with cream (3 sheets, minced, 3 sheets, stuffing...).

The last leaf grease with vegetable oil and bake in preheated oven at 220* 15-20 minutes (depends on your oven) until Golden brown.
