A tortilla with beans
The full name of this dish: "Mexican burritos with beans", but since the recipe changed a little, did not to write. The recipe I saw in "School of Gastronome". Now tortilla is a frequent guest on our table, and with any filling!

Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper

  • Sugar

  • Basil

Tortilla - thin flatbread made from corn or wheat flour. That's what we need for cooking.

Bacon cut into as small as possible.

In hot oil fry the onion until transparent, add garlic and pepper, cook for another 5 minutes.

Roasted vegetables put beans and chopped tomato. Add spices. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Divide the dough into 8-10 parts. Roll out thin tortillas.

Preheat the pan, put the tortilla and fry 30 seconds, flip and fry for another 20 seconds.

Fold tortilla on top of each other and allow to cool.

Spread on tortilla, the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese and roll into a tube.

Prepared to lay out tortillas on a baking sheet, sprinkle with remaining cheese and place in hot oven for 10-15 minutes. The main thing is not overdry.
