Cooking
Tortilla - thin flatbread made from corn or wheat flour. That's what we need for cooking.
Bacon cut into as small as possible.

Pour thin stream of boiling water, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with salt and knead the dough.
The dough should be soft, pliable. Roll it into a ball and let "rest".

Preheat the pan, put the tortilla and fry 30 seconds, flip and fry for another 20 seconds.
Fold tortilla on top of each other and allow to cool.
Spread on tortilla, the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese and roll into a tube.
Prepared to lay out tortillas on a baking sheet, sprinkle with remaining cheese and place in hot oven for 10-15 minutes. The main thing is not overdry.
