Cooking
Boil the potatoes in their skins. If there is no ability to boil fresh potatoes, peel and boil in salted water until tender.
In a bowl grate the lemon zest, half the juice and add the vinegar.
Add the olive oil, thyme and salt. Chop the dill. Salt and pepper! Add the sugar and stir well!
Disassemble smoked salmon. Lay on a plate.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Mix sour cream, horseradish and salt and pepper to taste.
Boiled potatoes put in a pre-prepared sauce made of butter, dill, zest, vinegar... mix Well and leave for 15 min.
