Salad with chicken liver and vegetables
I want to share with you a delicious, healthy salad with liver and vegetables. The liver in this salad you can use the one you like, be it chicken or beef as I have pork. This salad is delicious warm or cold! In addition to the salad I propose to make a highlight - decorate it cooked poached egg, or who are too lazy or do not want to bother, you can simply serve with half boiled eggs, is also very beautiful!!

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    400 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Spinach

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

Cook all the ingredients on the list.

The liver should be cut into small pieces.

Sauté the livers in 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
