If cauliflower is not heat treated, it retains all the beneficial properties and qualities. Salad made with raw vegetables and seasoned with sauce. This salad is quite unusual in texture and perception. It is interesting tingling in the mouth and immediately hard to guess what it's cooked.

Cooking
Cauliflower a good wash, divided into small florets. This is the most time-consuming step, in my opinion :)
The cherry tomatoes cut into 4 or 6 parts (I 6 way cut). Onions finely chopped. Grate cheese on a fine grater. To combine cauliflower with onion, tomatoes and cheese.
For the filling: finely chop the dill, add the soy sauce, mustard and olive oil. Mix well.
Pour dressing on salad and mix gently. If you want to add to the salad a little salt. Our salad is ready. I want to say that this salad is better to cook enough to eat immediately. On the second day the taste of the salad is lost, alas. You can also try this delicious crunchy salad. Bon appetit!
