Cooking
Rice "amber" TM "Mistral" rinse and boil in salted water until tender.
Chicken fillet boil until cooked in salted water, cool and cut into small cubes.
An orange peel. Each slice is cleaned and remove seeds. Cut into small cubes.
In the pan combine the rice, chicken and orange. Mayonnaise (plain yogurt or sour cream) and mix. If filling a little, add to taste.
Ready salad stuffed tartlets, top, spread the pine nuts and sprinkle with chopped dill. Tartlets with chicken and orange finish. Welcome to the table.
