Thick vegetarian soup
Light but rich and tasty, warming, due to the presence of spices. Happy to offer a very simple recipe daily soup.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    5 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin

    120 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Assorted vegetable

    200 g

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 tsp

Cooking

Pumpkin cut into cubes.

Sauté pumpkin in olive oil. Place in boiling water (1.5 l).

Fry chopped onion and add to the pumpkin.

Then fry the mixed vegetables and add to soup.

Add the rice, salt, add the dill, seasoning and cook until tender.
