Cottage cheese biscuits with filling
Soft cookies with a crunchy nut crust and juicy filling.

Ingredients

  • Cheese curd

    225 g

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Cooking

Oil room temperature put it in a Cup, add sugar and vanilla sugar. I use butter Ekomilk TM of 82.5%.

Add the cream cheese at room temperature.

Beat all in a homogeneous mass, add the egg and beat again.

Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Add the flour mixture and knead a soft elastic dough. Put the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Preheat the oven to 180C. Nuts fry in a dry pan, cool and grind into crumbs. Divide the dough into equal parts, I took 50g. Roll into balls, flatten. Then dip in slightly beaten egg white, roll in nuts and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.

To put the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes. Then take out the pan with a spoon to make indentations in each cookie and bake another 10 minutes.

Then the cookies cool and fill the middle with jam.
