Cooking
Small potatoes boiled in their skins. Potatoes should be no bigger than quail eggs. Cut into halves
Green beans blanch in boiling water 5 minutes, drain the water and immediately place the beans in cold ( preferably icy) water to keep color. Drain the water, beans dry on a napkin
Small tomatoes cut into 4 parts. Vegetables in a bowl combine, salt, a bowl of shake
For the filling mix the creme fraiche, chopped parsley, grain mustard and olive oil
Vegetables to shift in a salad bowl, sprinkle dressing. This salad is not accepted to mix with the flow. It mixes everyone in your serving bowl
