Salad with beans, vegetables and smoked fish
Simple, delicious and hearty salad. Smoked fish only beautifies and enriches its taste.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    0.75 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Broccoli

    0.5 piece

  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Bow white

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

Finely chop the onion, pour soy sauce, mix well. Marinate 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot or cut into thin wedges. In skillet, heat 1st. L. Rast. oil, lightly fry the carrots for about 5 minutes, adding a pinch of salt and allspice. Broccoli boil in salted water, disassemble into small inflorescences.

To the onions add 3 or 4 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp of fennel powder, 1/2 tsp hot red pepper. Stir the dressing is ready. If you like witty, then pepper you can substitute crushed chili pepper.

Smoked mackerel, pulled into small pieces.

Season the salad and stir gently. To give the salad to stand for 30 minutes, stir a couple of times during this time. Before serving, adjust salt and pepper to taste (I added none). Serve in a salad bowl or a La carte.

Portion flow can be arranged so : in a large lettuce leaf to cut the top and beautiful place in a portion bowl or on a plate.
