And here's me with a favorite childhood dish. When I was little its always on New year's prepared by my grandmother. And this is the dish I associate with the fact that the New year has come. Try the chicken in peanut sauce - very tender, delicate dish.

Cooking
Chicken is cut into pieces, fry in vegetable oil and put in pan. In oil after the chicken fry the onion until transparent and add it to the chicken. (instead of the two big bulbs I had in the presence of four small)
In a saucepan with chicken fill with water to the level of the chicken and then boil it until the chicken is cooked.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce: walnuts+garlic+of koriand R+wine vinegar+eggs+to prisolit= = mix into a smooth paste and leave to infuse. (we need a wine vinegar or balsamic)
As smoked is cooked, remove it from the broth. Broth to cool to a temperature that is not cooked egg. Gradually adding broth to the sauce, mix the sauce with the broth.
Put in a saucepan the chicken broth with the sauce. Put on fire and bring to a boil, but do not boil. Remove from heat, allow to cool and put in the refrigerator, in order that the dish has thickened. Serve cold.
