Description
Frankly, the dish was stripped from Italian chef Marco Folicaldi, I think he will bear with me. A tower of eggplant with Parmesan Mozarella and I liked it so much that I immediately wanted to do, despite the fact that cheese Mozarella I had. Cooking
A typical Italian dish, which use a variety of vegetables and cheese. Onions ,carrots, garlic chop and fry in butter.
Add the peeled tomatoes, wine and protussive until tender, add spices, and Basil.
Eggplant cut into thick slices and fry in a pan .
