Parmesan eggplant
Frankly, the dish was stripped from Italian chef Marco Folicaldi, I think he will bear with me. A tower of eggplant with Parmesan Mozarella and I liked it so much that I immediately wanted to do, despite the fact that cheese Mozarella I had. I made with feta cheese, but this cheese is so good melted. Nevertheless, the dish turned out delicious, elegant, I liked it.

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

A typical Italian dish, which use a variety of vegetables and cheese. Onions ,carrots, garlic chop and fry in butter.

Add the peeled tomatoes, wine and protussive until tender, add spices, and Basil.
