Shrimp in beer batter with sauce
Fresh shrimp is good in any form, and fried in a delicate beer batter with spicy mayonnaise sauce is a real festive treat. Clean the shrimp, prepare the batter and the sauce for a day, for submission to a holiday you had more free time.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    1.5 kg

  • Flour

    225 g

  • Beer

    375 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

    150 ml

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Gherkins

    70 g

  • Capers

    40 g

  • Chives

    1 coup

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

Ingredients.

1. Peel shrimps, remove the dorsal vein.

2. Beat the egg with the flour, gradually add beer. Remove the batter in the fridge for an hour.

3. Finely chop the gherkins, capers and chives.

4. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir the tartare and add the paprika.

5. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Dip shrimp in batter (I prefer to use chopsticks) and fry in oil for 3 minutes. Dry on paper napkins.
