Potato pancakes-pancakes
Delicious potato fritters stuffed with cheese and ham in a spicy breading.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Dill

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Black pepper

Raw peel the potatoes, grind in a meat grinder together with garlic. Squeeze the juice through cheesecloth. Add the egg, milk, 3-4 tbsp flour (if will be watery, add some more), salt and pepper, mix well.
