Ice Cream
Remember ice cream Fruit in paper cups? It was my favorite! My ice cream taste is strongly reminiscent of the one from my childhood! Come on, have a treat!

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Drain

    300 g

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Citric acid

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Frozen plum proverjaem on low heat until soft.

Grind plums through a sieve to remove peel and seeds. Set aside to cool.

Eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar combine in saucepan, lightly stir. I did it with a whisk.

Put the egg-sugar mixture in a water bath. Whisking constantly, bring the mixture until thick. Remove from heat and slightly cooled.

Combine egg-sugar mixture with plum puree.

With a mixer, beat until fluffy.

Whisk the cream until stable peaks. First, at low speed, and then as it thickens, increase the speed.

In the whipped cream gently introduce the egg-plum mixture, mix on lowest speed of mixer until smooth and a beautiful pink color.

Spread ice cream into the molds. I took portions of the molds, and the majority was removed in a bucket. Put the ice cream in the fridge for a few hours. I removed the night.

For meringue, beat in a solid foam chilled whites with citric acid. Gradually add the powdered sugar with vanilla sugar. Whisk until stiff peaks.

Otkryvaem on the laid parchment paper baking meringue. I used a pastry bag with a nozzle. Put in a preheated 100 degree oven for 60 - 75 minutes. The time depends on the oven! My oven managed even at such temperature to brown the meringue, the taste is not affected!
