Cooking
To separate the yolk from the white.
To combine in a saucepan the egg yolks, water and sugar, beat with a mixer. Boil over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Leave to cool slightly.
Carefully remove the pulp without damaging the skin. Peel put in a plastic bag and put into the refrigerator so as not to dry and not zavetrilos.
The pulp of oranges put in blender, chop.
Shredded tangerine mass strain through a strainer.
I got about 200 ml. of liquid tangerine puree.
Cream beat with a mixer until stable peaks.
