Salad with smoked fish and avocado
Love the combination of avocados, fish, and smoked it all a fairy tale. Simple, very tender and very nutritious salad. Prepared easily and quickly, for lunch, dinner or holiday table. And the sauce is the perfect complement to the rainbow of flavors.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Mackerel

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Bacon

    5 piece

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Bacon fry on the pan until Golden crunchies. Place on a paper towel to soak up excess fat.

Fish clean, cut into fillets and cut into pieces.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Mayonnaise mixed with sour cream.

Add chopped green onions and dill. Salt, pepper to taste. Mix well.
