Description
This recipe for "fluffy", fragrant pancakes, one of my favorite at my home. Bake they are often served with honey or coat with a delicate cream of curd cheese and condensed milk. The pancakes turn out so delicious that to eat them was pure pleasure!

Cooking
In warm milk dissolve sugar and yeast. I like that the yeast "SAF-TIME" for muffins, there are already vanilla, so the dough it is not necessary to add.
Cool beat eggs with salt at fast speed, until fluffy mass.
In egg mass pour the milk-yeast mixture, vegetable oil, mix well. Pour the sifted flour, beat with a mixer, to avoid lumps. Add coconut, mix well.
The dishes with the dough, cover with a lid and put 1 hour in a warm place to rise.
When the dough will increase in 2 times, carefully to mix.
Heat the pan, grease with vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes until Golden brown. Fry on the fire a little smaller than average, with the lid closed. Should be able to 5 pancakes. One pancake begged household, so I was left with 4 things. The pancakes turned out delicate, soft-soft and so delicious that it is impossible to resist. Now, optionally, you can our pancakes to fluff any cream. But that was unnecessary – they are so delicious!
