Cheesecake with plums
Fragrant, sweet, moist cheese cake with coconut and fresh plums! Will decorate the home tea on a summer day!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Cheese

    350 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

  • Drain

    11 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until lush, light weight.

Add cheese and sour cream. Beat again.

Add coconut, flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.

The dough is quite thick, spoon drains.

In a baking dish (preferably detachable, diameter 20 cm) put half of the dough, flatten. Put the halves of plums.

On top of the plums to put the rest of the dough, flatten the top. Send bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-35 minutes

While the pie is baked, beat the whites until stable peaks. Still whisking, to introduce powdered sugar.

A wooden skewer to check the cake's readiness to take out, the pie covered by beaten egg whites and again put into the oven for 10-12 minutes, until protein will not become Golden brown.
