Today I made muffins with vegetables, mushrooms, minced yogurt with cereal. The muffins turned out very tender and flavorful.

Cooking
Cabbage shinkuem small pieces.

Prepare the dough. Oatmeal grind in a blender or coffee grinder to get coarse flour. In a bowl pour kefir, add the egg and oatmeal, salt to taste. With salt, be careful, because we will continue to add cheese, but it can be salty. The dough to stand for 30 minutes so that the oatmeal is soaked.
Melt the butter, cool and add to the bowl with the dough.
Add baking powder, processed cheese and mix well.
Vegetables mix with the dough, add pepper. Check for salt.
The muffin grease and on the bottom you can sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina. To spread out our weight.
Bake in preheated oven to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
