Cooking
In a saucepan pour water, add salt and add lemon juice. Brussels sprouts cut into halves, large heads into quarters. I had a lot of little ones, I left them whole, but better still to cut them. When the water boils, put the cabbage and cook for 5 minutes. The water from the cabbage to drain.
Bacon cut into small pieces. Fry it in a frying pan until transparent. Meanwhile, cut into small cubes slices of bread.

To the bacon and croutons put the cabbage and fry all together for 2~3 minutes.
The finished dish serve, when serving the dish, you can sprinkle small cubes of cheese and greens. I sprinkled, once was, is very much wanted. :-)
