Pumpkin
If you have a condition similar to depression - low mood, weakness, do not want, overcomes fatigue - eat a piece of pumpkin. Like the sun it will return your lost vigor and vitality. For the competition "Bright mood".

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Hazelnuts

    80 g

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Mint

    1 tsp

  • Pumpkin seeds

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Pumpkin wash. Carefully cut off the top and using a tablespoon remove the seeds, you can also remove part of the pulp.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry them in butter until Golden brown. On a coarse grater grate the potatoes.

Chicken fillet grind in a blender (or mince). Because I have no grinder, I used blender *PARDON*.

In a bowl, mix chicken, sauteed onion and garlic, potatoes, sour cream, eggs, crumbled cheese and chopped nuts. Season with salt and pepper, add cumin and mint.

Fill the pumpkin with stuffing. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and drizzle with olive oil.

Put the pumpkin in a greased with sunflower oil form. Melt the remaining butter and spread it over the pumpkin. Place in oven and bake for approximately 1 hour, at 200°C.

Serve in the pumpkin. Bon appetit.
