Cream puffs
I suggest to try the wonderful sandy paste with nuts and two kinds of cream. All the ingredients are perfectly combined and complement each other. This dessert can be offered to both adults and children. After tasting this cake I have no one was able to guess what is chocolate cream. Drop by soon for a visit and I will reveal to you the secret of cooking. By the way, it is very useful and would be great as a single dessert.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Beans

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    0.333 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Peanuts

    0.5 cup

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Citric acid

    1 pinch

Cooking

Beat butter with sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream and egg, mix well.

Then add flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough. Flatten the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and remove 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Then divide the dough into small parts, each of which roll out the fondant thinly and put into molds. Press the dough into the bottom of the forms and prick bottom dough with a fork. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 grams, about 7 minutes.

For the cream boil the beans until tender, as directed on the package. Excess water from beans are ready to drain.
