Very tasty snack fast food fried bacon, peppers and onions! From the series "guests at the door" when you need a quick and tasty to greet the guests!

Cooking
Bacon cut into strips, onions and peppers - diced
Sauté the vegetables with bacon butter
The butter for the dough to melt
Beat eggs with sugar and salt, add butter, milk and sifted flour and baking powder - knead the dough. Into the batter stir in the stuffing and put the dough in a baking dish (I have 2 small ramekins)
Bake at 180 degrees until dry sticks and the toasted top
Serve warm or cooled in the form!
