  • Flour

    450 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    150 g

  • Pumpkin

    250 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Walnuts

    100 g

In a bowl mix two kinds of flour, the baking powder and sugar. The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your taste, a sweet tooth, I recommend the amount to increase)))

Add the chopped pieces of cold butter. Grind it with your hands the flour mixture into crumbs.

Add pumpkin puree and milk. Knead the dough, soft, not stick to hands.
