Samsa with chicken
This recipe I got from food wine paper. Now this is a favorite cake for my sons.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken

    300 g

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cold margarine grate on a coarse grater, sprinkling the flour (2 cups)

Separately mix cold sour cream!!! and yeast

Beat the egg and mix it with sour cream and yeast

Plug it in, knead the dough.

The dough should be cool (if necessary, add more flour) and put on 1.5 hours in the fridge
