Description
In Thai cuisine, as in all Asian, the main component is rice. The word "food" translates from Thai, literally as "eat rice". And, of course, seafood, but in our case, shrimp. You are allowed to post, if a person needed protein. Also the laity, too, are allowed breaks. The post is strictly obliged to comply with a Minister of a Church or a monk. I present to you a salad that all the laws are allowed during the weekends of lent, and, of course, any other Orthodox positions.

Cooking
Basmati rice from TM "Mistral" 125 g or 1 sachet of boil until tender, place in a small Cup.
Add in rice white wine vinegar 2 tbsp, sugar 1 tbsp, olive oil 1 tbsp, salt to taste,
Mix well and leave the rice for 30 minutes.
Lettuce, cucumbers and green onions wash and dry. I have a Chinese salad, but you can use Your favorite. Cucumbers thinly slice. Onions to chop.
Almond soak in boiling water for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with cold water and again pour boiling water. This must be done in order to well-filmed skin.
Clean the almonds and fry it in a dry heated frying pan for 8 minutes
Add to the rice the shrimp (I had already boiled and peeled), onions, almonds, and cucumbers.
Mix, lay on lettuce leaves.
