Cooking

step-0
Buckwheat filled with water. Rump pour water. The first groats absorb water quickly, add water and then rinse cereal every 6 hours.
step-1
After 1.5 days there was a decent sprouts, and I started the salad.
step-2
Removed the seeds from the pumpkin, I peeled the carrots.
step-3
Apple, carrot and pumpkin cut salad on a grater for Korean carrot. It perfectly cuts vegetables, not crushes them. Celery cut finely. Apples can be sprinkled with lemon juice, so it is not dark.
step-4
Cook the sauce. Clean the avocado and put in blender, add olive oil, orange juice, salt and a little mustard. You can add a little sugar or honey, as recommended Jeson Vale in his master class. I added quite a bit of honey.
step-5
Bring the sauce to the desired consistency if thick, add more orange juice, but if you are going to use for decorating using a pastry bag, then to dilute it is not necessary.
step-6
So prepared Jeson Vale. it was very interesting, I've only seen on TV, the master class was very interesting. Besides, he's a very charming man with a subtle sense of humor.
step-7
Nuts slightly fry in a frying pan.
step-8
Chopped vegetables mix in a bowl with the sprouts of buckwheat, put on plate, put sauce and sprinkle with nuts. Fasting for health!
