Cooking
Put to boil the potatoes with salt and Bay leaf. Let's thaw the spinach in the microwave or on the stove in a saucepan; (if fresh spinach - simmered until soft), then chop in a blender.
Boiled carrots grind in a blender.
When potatoes are cooked, remove Bay leaf and add butter and hot milk make mashed potatoes, cool slightly and add beaten egg and flour, mix. Divide into 3 parts: first add the spinach, the second carrot, curry and turmeric, in the third nutmeg and pepper; all three parts separately, mix well.
Fireproof dish greased with oil, sprinkle lightly with flour, lay out the sliced leeks and parsley
And spread a layer of spinach, then layer with nutmeg, then with carrots and bake in the oven for about 30 min. on the "steam bath" (i.e., putting a dish of mashed potatoes in a dish with water) at 180°C.
Before you take out the casserole dish a little cool for 15 minutes, cover with a plate and flip.
