Description

Potato casserole with mushrooms and kohlrabi
I love kohlrabi, but this combination was not tried. I do the cabbage put in a casserole just because I have it all alone, little, lying in the fridge. Turns out she's surprisingly delicious with mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Kohlrabi

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    7 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

  • Olives

Cooking

step-0
Potatoes RUB on a small grater. The fluid can drain.
step-1
Add chopped herbs (leave a little for filing), salt, pepper - to taste.
step-2
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spread the potato mixture into the hot oil. Each time, stir the potatoes, before you spread it as a liquid is separated. Fry on both sides until brown.
step-3
Spread on a cloth or paper towel to soak up excess oil.
step-4
Kohlrabi, cut into small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil (to clean the pan, new oil ;-) ).
step-5
Add the mushrooms, diced.
step-6
Onion, chopped finely.
step-7
Press out the garlic.
step-8
Add the chopped tomato.
step-9
And prunes. I had it steamed, because they added at the end, if not steamed, it should be put after kohlrabi. Sprinkle with salt and pepper all to taste. Any spices I didn't add taste and so very interesting.
step-10
In a baking dish, spread the potato pancakes. A little overlap on each other. Few pieces left for the top.
step-11
Spread the mushroom mix.
step-12
Cover with the remaining pancakes. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
step-13
Decorate with olives and herbs. Delicious in hot or cold.
