My experiment. Turned out very juicy and tasty. Sweet pancakes Spring Rolls with fried vegetables.

Cooking
In vegetable oil fry for 20 seconds minced garlic. Add the soy sauce and add sliced mushrooms.
When the mushrooms are fried, add to them chopped young cabbage and sliced sweet pepper, stir and fry.
When the cabbage is already soft (but not mush), add chopped finely green onions, stir. Simmer for 2 minutes, salt, add red pepper and turn off.
Boil the rice (slightly not tovariv), wash under running water and add to vegetables, mix and toppings for pancakes are ready.
Getting pancakes Spring Rolls (rice paper), place them for 20 seconds in hot water, they soak and become pliable. Take out of water and lay on a cloth napkin (from the table you can then not remove), put on the edge of the filling and wrap.
