Description
The recipe I have exhibited, but without the photo. A simple dish of chicken with buckwheat. It eats even my husband, who buckwheat is not a lot of respect for, and eats with great appetite.

Cooking
Chicken cut into pieces.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater.
Chicken fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown in the dishes where you prepare. Ideally, the roaster(kitchen utensils with thick walls), but I don't have it :-(
When starts to brown add the onion, and then carrot. When the carrots are tender - pour a little water (broth), add salt, spices and when the boil - simmer 15 minutes on low heat.
Buckwheat wash, dry on a dry frying pan and put on top of the chicken.
Pour buckwheat water or broth. After boiling, cook on low heat under a lid until cooked buckwheat. If you need to pour the liquid. Do not forget to stir :-)
