Ingredients

  • Flour

    235 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Butter

    85 g

  • Dark chocolate

    185 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    180 g

  • Nuts

    0.66 cup

The oven turn on the heating a t 180 degrees, coat the baking pan with baking paper. For the dough, sift and mix cocoa powder, flour, salt, soda and baking powder.

Separately melt 85 grams of chocolate and 85 grams of butter. In another bowl the eggs will beat into a soft mousse with the addition of vanilla, coffee and sugar. Whisk until the mixture become thicker. Then add the melted butter and chocolate. All liquid components mix until smooth.

Chocolate (the remaining 100 grams), and nuts not very finely chop with a knife.

Into flour mixture pour out liquid ingredients and mix until smooth. Then add nuts and chocolate and again mix. Oh the chocolate!!! And magical aroma!!!

Divide the dough in half and stormoen two long, narrow loaf. Just push the loaves by hand that it would form became more flat and rectangular. The dough is sticky, so use flour molding. Put the loaves in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. The finished loaves in the middle will be soft when pressed.

Let the loaves cool down and cut thin slices.

Lay the slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper and dry them in the oven for 20 minutes.

Let biscotti cool and serve!
