Products that are needed for the cake.
In a convenient bowl mix of 0.5 article sugar, cocoa, vanilla and soda.
Separately, whisk the sour cream 0.5 tbsp. sugar.
Eggs and 0, 5 tbsp. sugar beat until fluffy mass.
Mix all ingredients (except flour)
In the resulting mass, add 1.5 cups of sifted flour (dough will take exactly this amount of flour), but the remaining 0.5 cups added (as necessary) what would the dough consistency turned out like thick cream. It took me 1.75 cups.
Spread the dough on a baking sheet (I have about 37х33 cm), put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees bake for about 30 min.
After 30 min. take out, cool and cut into two equal parts.
One of the parts lubricated with your favorite jam and cover with the second part
Next, prepare the glaze. Butter, milk and sugar brought to a boil and add, stirring cocoa powder.
Cover the cakes with icing and immediately cut into portions.
