've been burning my tooth for this pie, but doubted I wondered, how many oranges will it take for me to squeeze 400 ml of orange juice?!! It turned out, not so much, only took 5 pieces. And now the cake is ready! Go!

Cooking
To make a cake we need 5 oranges, medium size, 3 for the dough and 2 for impregnation. From one of orange peel to erase. Of three oranges juiced, all we need is 250 ml.
Now to prepare the products to have everything at hand.
Soak the coconut in orange juice for 20 minutes. Almond pour boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse the nuts with cold water. 10 minutes until ready to make pie impregnation. From remaining 2 oranges to squeeze the juice, mix it with the sugar in a small saucepan, stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Then increase the heat and simmer for 5 minutes until the syrup thickens. Carefully remove the foam.
The finished cake remove from the oven, in a number of techniques to throw a pie syrup, each time letting it fully absorb.
Then remove the cake from the mold and can be served with tea.
