Looked on the website recipes liver pancakes, but have not found. There is a similar from Svetochka (DAISY), but I have a few different. Judge for yourself...

Garlic
Cooking
Chicken liver, onions and carrots them through a meat grinder with fine screen
With last night's dinner I had rice with mushrooms /yesterday exposed (not disappear as good!)
Combine liver with rice, add eggs, flour, salt, pepper and give everything a good stir the mixture
A tablespoon spread on a pan and fry pancakes on medium heat
In mayonnaise squeezing the garlic. Gustenko pancake grease with mayonnaise with garlic, it puts the second and served to the table!
