Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into layers and marinate in soy sauce (10-15 minutes).
Each chicken fillet to cover and to discourage on the one hand, to fillet flat and pliable.
Prepare the filling: feta cut into cubes, finely chopped cilantro and squeeze the garlic.
On the chicken put a layer of cheese. I was an ordinary Eden (40%), add a mixture of feta, herbs and garlic. Twist roll.
In a deep bowl, beat one egg. Dip roll in egg.
After the eggs send the chicken in the breadcrumbs. Roll on all sides.
In a pan pour olive oil and fry the rolls on all sides until crisp. Then shift them in a baking dish and send in a preheated 190 degree oven for 10 minutes.
The loaf turns out crispy on the outside and very soft inside. Bon appetit!
