Fish cakes with filling
Wanted fish tacos, and the refrigerator was the mushrooms, which could not attach. And so was born the idea of the patties a few alterations.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    800 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

In vegetable oil fry the mushrooms, add the chopped onions and grated carrots. And saute 3 minutes.

Grate cheese and add to the mushroom stuffing while it is still warm. Cheese to melt and the mass is homogeneous.

Fish cut into small pieces, add finely chopped greens, mayonnaise and potato grated finely.

Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.

Take a little minced fish in the middle put a spoonful of the filling and form a Patty.

The cutlets spread on a baking sheet and put in the oven at 200 degrees to roast for about 30 minutes.
