Cabbage and cheese casserole with cheese
Very tender and tasty casserole that melts in your mouth like a souffle. If you love cabbage, you'll like.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    800 g

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Yogurt

    400 ml

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Here's the basic ingredients (except flour and soda). Cheese I think you can use any, but I use minimal fat.

Cabbage finely chop, mash with salt.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Curd grind with egg yolks, salt and sugar.

Add the yogurt and a teaspoon of baking soda (to extinguish is not necessary), mix well. To wait until soda is not neutralized.

Add the flour and stir.

Mix batter with cabbage, add the garlic. Enter the beaten egg whites.

Pour into a mold, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs (I did not sprinkle and not very neatly turned out). Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the preheated oven and bake until Golden brown. I baked in the gas oven on the fire below average in about an hour, then some more to hold off the oven.

Get out of shape, let it cool, cut and eat.:) Tastes best when it still a little warm, but not hot.
