Cake with marshmallows and nuts
Tender and sweet with a layer of marshmallow and nuts.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Condensed milk

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Marshmallows

    5 piece

  • Nuts

    100 g

Cooking

2 tbsp cocoa mix with sugar.

Mix with 2 eggs.

Add 1 Cup sour cream, 2 tbsp condensed milk, 1 Cup sifted flour and beat. Add 1 tsp. slaked soda and vanilla.

Form of grease with butter and pour in it the dough.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

The finished dumpling to cool and cut in half.

Prepare the cream: 200 gr.butter + 1 can of condensed milk + 2 tbsp cocoa = good beat.

The first half of sponge cake spread with cream.

Put the halved marshmallows and chopped nuts. Top - cream.

Cover the second crumpet, spread with cream. Decorate as desired.
