Who doesn't like melon? It seems to me that it is rare to meet such a person, and that is understandable, after all, melon is fragrant, delicious, juicy and bright, like the sun in the sky. Today I offer you cupcakes from melons, which are easy to prepare, delicious, moderately sweet and elegant!!!

Cooking
1. In a blender combine the cottage cheese (ricotta) 1/2 Cup. sugar, milk, 115 grams of melon and eggs.
2. Whisk until smooth and pour into a bowl.
3. Add melted butter (cooled) and mix well.
4. Then add the flour, semolina, vanilla, baking powder.
5. Mix well. I didn't have semolina, so I replaced it with regular flour.
6. Spread the dough cups (3/4 Cup to fill the test) and send in the oven for 20 minutes (until cooked) at 180*C.
7. Allow to cool completely.
8. Whisk cream to peaks, add the 1/3 Cup. of sugar and 1 tsp vanilla and mix well.
9. Decorate cupcakes with cream and a melon or how you want.
