Pizza is the bomb
I found this recipe in one of the books of John. Oliver. After all the pizza recipes on the website, and, at the same time, and the donut recipes I found. The title is also nothing. Therefore, you are welcome! Very simple, but quite original and delicious!


  • Flour

    400 g

  • Semolina

    100 g

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Olive oil

    320 ml

  • Tomatoes in own juice

  • Thyme

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Sunflower oil

  • Black pepper


Mix in a bowl the yeast, sugar, water and 2 tbsp olive oil. Leave for 5-10 minutes.
Sift the flour with 1 tsp salt and add the semolina. Knead a smooth dough. Remove in a warm place and wait until it doubles in size. Cooking time I pointed out excluding the approach of the test.
For the sauce gently fry garlic in the remaining olive oil. Add the canned tomatoes. In the summer, of course, delicious to make sauce from fresh tomatoes. When the sauce boils, remove from heat and RUB through a sieve.
Return to the heat and ovarium for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cherry tomatoes cut into halves. Mozzarella cut into 10 equal pieces.
The dough came. Abenaim it and divide into 10 equal balls.
Each roll out into a pancake about 10 cm in diameter. A thickness of about 5 mm. Take the tortilla in hand. The shape of the cups and put 1 tablespoon of the cooled sauce, half a cherry and a slice of mozzarella. I also add a few thyme leaves. Instead of putting the Basil.
